Who are the Uptowne Girls?
Uptowne Girls is a ministry to help women "look up" and focus on the One that created them ,loves them, and knows the awesome plan He has for them. It is the mission of the Midtowne Church women's ministry to help the ladies of Central Arkansas to GROW GLO and GO !

The Eden Diet- a study about what the Bible says about making wise choices regarding food portions and choices. This study meets every other Thursday night @ 6:30 pm at the church. The Eden Diet is more of a lifestyle than a diet because there are no restrictions. You learn how to eat only when you're truly hungry. Eat smaller portions when you ARE truly hungry. Eat treats occasionally and in moderation as you lose weight. Dr. Rita Hancock shows us God's original plan for eating and controlling our weight without ever dieting again.
